Kapuso anchors, hosts, shows honored in Gandingan 2019

A number of Kapuso hosts, anchors and shows garnered awards on Saturday at the Gandingan 2019: The 13th UPLB Isko't Iska's Multi-media Awards of the University of the Philippines - Los Baños.

Named Best News Anchor was Jessica Soho for the newscast State of the Nation with Jessica Soho.

Atom Araullo was given the Gandingan ng Kabataan for his show The Atom Araullo Specials.

GMA resident metereologist Nathaniel "Mang Tani" Cruz, meanwhile, was awarded the Gandingan ng Agham at Teknolohiya for his radio show I M Ready sa Dobol B.

Best FM Radio Program Host: Renzmark Jairuz “Papa Dudut” Ricafrenete, Barangay Love Stories, Barangay LS 97.1 DWLS FM

Best AM Radio Program Host: Ali Sotto of Dobol A sa Dobol B, Super Radyo DZBB 594

Best Field Reporter: Lou Anne Mae Rondina of Balitang Bisdak, GMA Regional TV
