Miss International 2018 Mariem Velazco also underwent cosmetic surgery

Pageant fans have taken note that another beauty queen, also from Venezuela, had consulted with plastic surgeon Froilan Paez. 

Before and after photos of Miss International 2018 Mariem Velazco were posted by Paez in November 2018, about week after she was crowned. The doctor revealed in the caption that Mariem underwent surgery to enhance her nose.

Mariem won the 8th Miss International crown for Venezuela, besting 76 other delegates. Filipina beauty queen Ahtisa Manalo placed first runner-up. 

Sthefany Gutierrez from Venezuela, who placed second runner-up in the 67th Miss Universe pageant, also went viral because of before and after photos posted by Paez. — AT, GMA News
