Ahtisa Manalo lifts the youth, fellow women in Miss International speech
Filipino beauty queen Ahtisa Manalo in her speech for the 58th Miss International pageant spoke of empowering the younger generation, as well as lifting all the dreamers of the world — especially women.
Ahtisa said that she was inspired to help others at a very young age and she hopes to use the influence of the crown to reach out to a wider audience.
"If I become Miss International, I will continue being the voice of the youth in showing that nothing is impossible with hard work and determination," she said.
She then turned to her fellow beauty queens, who she described as "dreamers" like her. "We will show the world that love, peace, and beauty that we truly care about. Together we can make a difference," she said.
