Boyet de Leon sings praises for daughter Mariel in sweet throwback post

Veteran actor Christopher de Leon,  father of the newly crowned Binibining Pilipinas International Mariel de Leon, has expressed his delight over his daughter's win with a sweet Instagram post on Wednesday.

The proud father posted a throwback photo of him with his daughter when she was still a little kid along with a heartwarming caption. According to Christopher, Mariel winning the Binibining Pilipinas International title is "the most exciting time" of his life.

His father expressed how overjoyed he was to have a daughter with remarkable determination to follow her dreams and aspirations, he also revealed that Mariel is the first woman to become a beauty queen in their clan.

It seems that love has always been overflowing in the de Leon family, even Mariel has always been a proud daughter!
