Maxine Medina shows how she does her pageant look

In a video posted by Preview Magazine, Bb. Philippines Universe Maxine Medina revealed the steps to achieving her pageant makeup look.

Maxine says her "special weapon" to achieving the look is the contour powder she uses during her favorite part of the routine.

"I can't live without contouring," she says on the video.

Although blending eye shadow colors is one of the hardest steps when it comes to putting on makeup, it seems to be easy for Maxine, who has a degree in interior design.

"For me, pinakamahirap gawin is eye shadow, very tricky. Pag magaling ka mag-painting marunong ka rin mag-makeup; you know the colors that's right for your face," she said on the video.

Here are some of the make-up tools she used for her look: primer, foundation, contour, eye shadow primer, face powder, sheer powder, eye shadow, eyeliner, eyebrow, blush, highlighter, falsies, lip liner and matte lipstick.
