The creepy doll is back with a backstory in ‘Annabelle: Creation’ trailer
The "Annabelle" sequel gets an official title this week and an official trailer has also been released, as a refresher for the folks who might have forgotten that the doll is creepy.
"Annabelle: Creation" follows the story of a dollmaker and his wife, a couple who lost their daughter in a tragic accident. They welcome a nun and several girls from an orphanage into their home. Soon, they become the target of the dollmaker’s possessed creation, Annabelle.
Directing the screenplay by Gary Dauberman ("Annabelle") is David F. Sandberg ("Lights Out").
The film stars Stephanie Sigman, Talitha Bateman, Lulu Wilson, Philippa Coulthard, Grace Fulton, Lou Lou Safran, Samara Lee, Tayler Buck, with Anthony LaPaglia and Miranda Otto.
