Pia Wurtzbach thanks Olivia Jordan for visiting PHL
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Universe 2015 second runner-up Olivia Jordan visited the Philippines together last week to take part in the prestigious Binibining Pilipinas 2016 Grand Coronation Night last Sunday, April 17, at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
While Pia did her farewell walk and addressed her fans for the last time as Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2015, Olivia joined the panel of judges in choosing the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 queens.
In an Instagram post, the reigning Miss Universe thanked her friend and Miss USA for coming to the Philippines even for only a short time.
“Liv, I know it was a short trip, but thank you so much for coming with me to the Philippines! I'm so glad everybody gave you a warm welcome. I hope you enjoyed the pageant,” Pia said.
She added, “And next time we definitely have to hit the beach when our schedules aren't so hectic anymore. I promise you that! First stop, Boracay! @missusa and let's steal @meganbata?” @meganbata is the social media handle of Miss World 2013 Megan Young.
Megan also became friends with Olivia after they both joined the Miss World pageant three years ago.

In a short video, Olivia congratulated Pia for her glamorous last walk and her inspiring message to every aspiring beauty queen.
“You were amazing,” Olivia exclaimed. “I was so crazy. I have never seen so many fans!”
Pia, for her part, admitted that her farewell walk and speech made her feel as nervous as she did during the Miss Universe pageant last year.
