Pia Wurtzbach's and Olivia Jordan's fun, serious, wink-wink responses during online Q&A
During a Tuesday morning Facebook Q&A hosted by US entertainment news program "Extra", Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach and bestie Miss USA Olivia Jordan gamely answered questions posted by fans, friends, and admirers.
Though most of the questions concentrated on when Wurztbach would be back and when would Jordan visit the Philippines, topics ranged from the serious to the silly.
A fan asked what was the most memorable moment they had so far experienced as a beauty. Jordan said, "Lobbying for Ovarian Cancer was one of my biggest highlights. It was incredible to see how I could get the attention of politicians with the power of the sash and ultimately be part of making a difference!"
Another user asked what was the most important value they had learned from joining pageants, to which Miss USA responded emphatically "CONFIDENCE!"
Jordan explained that her her confidence has grown during those pageants and that she had learned to face my fear of failure. "I wouldn't be where I am today without all the lessons I learned from the failures that brought me here."
To the question "What makes a Filipina standout among the others and what makes them beyond beautiful?" Wurtzbach responded briefly but tellingly with, "Ang Pilipina, palaban."
As to what Pia would say to all her bashers, "I hope to meet all of you one day!"
Jordan had her chance to be clever when she was asked if she had a hidden talent. She said, "Maybe, but it is so hidden I don't know about it yet!"
But the best answer of them all came from Pia when she was asked, "Can you please tell us the real score between you and Doc Mike?"
To which the Miss Universe responded, "Sa tamang panahon. Hahaha" — DVM, GMA News
