Filipino ring icon Manny Pacquiao headlined the list of judges in the 63rd Miss Universe pageant in Miami, Florida on Sunday (Monday morning PHL time).

He posed this question to Miss USA Nia Sanchez:

"If you were given 30 seconds to deliver a message to a global terrorist, what would you say?"
