Rachelle Ann Go to return as Fantine in 'Les Miserables' Europe and Australia tour
Rachelle Ann Go is all set to reprise her role as Fantine in “Les Miserables.”
The Filipina theater star and singer has been announced as a cast member of “Les Miserables: The Arena World Tour,” which will hold shows in Europe and Australia. She will be alternating the role with English theater actress, Katie Hall.
Rachelle reposted the cast announcement on her Instagram Story and wrote, “Here we go again.”
The musical said the cast’s performance dates will be announced by the venue.
Rachelle has played Fantine, a dying prostitute, in various stagings and tours of “Les Miserables,” including its 30th anniversary at the Sondheim Theatre. She won the BroadwayWorld UK Award for Best Female Performance in a Long-Running West End Show in 2015.
In 2023, Rachelle returned to the Philippines to play Eliza for the international tour of “Hamilton.”
