After Miss Cosmo pageant, Ahtisa Manalo reminds followers 'that everything won't always go our way'

Ahtisa Manalo may not have won the inaugural Miss Cosmo crown but our girl sure acts like a true queen.

In her first social media post following the beauty pageant, Ahtisa graciously reminded her followers "that everything doesn't always go our way."

"But what defines us is how we react and act," she said in her Instagram broadcast channel.

"Let's focus on the positive things! Spread love only," Ahtisa said.

The Filipina beauty queen exited at the Top 10 of the inaugural Miss Cosmo crown over the weekend. She earned her place in the Top 10 being the number one queen in the Cosmo People’s Choice voting portion. The 10 queens were chosen by the jury panel and through audience voting.

Ahtisa won the “First Station” of the People’s Choice voting and also made it to the Top 3 of the “National Pride” stage.

Ketut Permata Juliastrid from Indonesia was hailed the winner.

Ahtisa had previously represented the country at the 2018 Miss International beauty pageant, where she was named 1st Runner-Up.

The Miss Cosmo coronation night took place at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
