Miss World Philippines 2024 announces Top 10 Finalists of Sports Fast-Track challenge 

Miss World Philippines 2024 has announced the candidates who made it to the Top 10 of its sports fast-track challenge. 

According to Miss World, the 10 finalists were determined through a series of rigorous events, showcasing their strength, agility, and sportsmanship. 

The candidates who made it to the list were Jamaila Dumlao of Cagayan Province, Jasmine Omay of Tarlac Province, Andrea Endicio of Quezon Province, Dia Mate of Cavite, Lance Escalante of Surigao Del Norte, Precious Batiancila of Don Salvador Benedicto, Clytemestra Juan of Dasmarinas, Gabrielle Lantzer of Manila, Dolly Cruz of Malaybalay Bukidnon and Alexandra Azanes of Lucena City. 

The winner of the fast-track challenge automatically gets a spot in the finals of the pageant at coronation night on July 19.

Last week, the 35 candidates gave a glimpse of their life through an introduction video. 

Among the things they talked about in their one-minute entries include the things they are passionate about, their motivations for achieving their dreams, as well as the qualities they possess as empowered Filipinas.

Previously, Miss World Philippines also released the ladies' official headshots.

Earlier this month, Krishnah Gravidez of Baguio City caused a stir when she withdrew from Miss Charm 2024 to join Miss World Philippines. While she did not reveal why she made the decision, Krishnah was vocal about her gratitude to Miss Charm and Miss Universe Philippines.

Meanwhile, former Miss Universe Philippines 2024 candidates Patricia Bianca Tapia (Batangas) and Dia Maté (Cavite) are also vying for the title.

The Miss World Philippines 2024 will hold its coronation night on July 19 at the Mall of Asia Arena, where reigning queen Gwendolyne Fourniol will crown her successor.

Aside from the Miss World Philippines crown, the pageant will award another two crowns: Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas, and Miss Philippines Tourism.
