Manila International Book Fair reveals dates for 2024 edition

Mark the dates bookworms! Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) has announced dates for this year’s much-awaited book fair.  

In a Facebook post, MIBF said the annual book event will be held from September 11 to 15 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

Last year, MIBF made headlines for incredible events and releases including appearances by Ricky Lee and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach. Incidentally, the two were involved in a scuffle after Pia's security detail pushed away the National Artist for Film and Broadcast.

The beauty queen quickly reached out to Lee to apologize.

The MIBF successfully went back on-site in 2022 after holding a virtual editions during the pandemic.

MIBF is the largest and longest-running book fair in the Philippines, featuring more than 200 local and international exhibitors. Aside from this, book launchings, author talks, and book signing events are also held at the book fair.
