Khalil Ramos on starring in 'Tick, Tick… Boom!:' 'It still feels surreal'

Khalil Ramos is still on Cloud 9 after playing the lead role in the musical "Tick, Tick... Boom!"

On Instagram, the Sparkle actor posted some of his action shots taken during the play.

Last weekend, Gabbi Garcia expressed how proud she is of Khalil for reaching one of his dreams by playing a major role in "Tick, Tick… Boom!"

"Tick, Tick… Boom!" is a semi-autobiographical work by Jonathan Larson. It follows Jon, a struggling, aspiring composer in New York City, who writes a musical in order to enter the theater industry.

"Tick, Tick… Boom!" debuted off-Broadway in 2001 and gained more popularity as a Netflix film starring Andrew Garfield and directed by Lin-Manuel Miranda, who is also the man behind "Hamilton."

"Tick, Tick… Boom!" runs for all weekends of August at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium in RCBC Plaza, Makati City.
