22,000 art pieces, including Leonardo da Vinci's, presented in AI exhibit

A new exhibition in Taguig City combines art and science through its art pieces!

According to Dano Tingcungco's report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, Wisdom of da Vinci uses artificial intelligence, or AI, for at least 22,000 of its displayed pieces, including the works of famous painter Leonardo da Vinci.

"We collected data and art history from more than 20,000 paints and from the 342 artists. The main one is Leonardo but it is more than Leonardo. The people will experience the entire art history," says OUCHHH founder Ferdi Alici.

It's curator lounge displays a poetic AI that showcases the books of Albert Einstein and Galileo Galilei.

There is also an AI presentation derived from data collected from members of the Manila Symphony Orchestra in real time while they play.

"Can we observe musicians' feelings through each performance as an artist with the AI? So we put a kind of special device on the head of musicians so you can observe their feelings through each performance so it's a very nice combination between technology and art," Ferdi said.

Juan Luna's "Spoliarium" is also present, together with the exhibit's highlight, Wisdom of da Vinci, which includes the artist's paintings like "La Gioconda,"  more popularly known as the "Mona Lisa."

The exhibition will open to the public on Saturday and will run until the end of October.
