Harry Styles thanks One Direction bandmates at BRIT Awards 2023: 'I wouldn't be here without you'

Harry Styles just tugged at heartstrings of Directioners!

In his acceptance speech for the Artist of the Year award at the BRIT awards 2023, the "As It Was" hitmaker mentioned his One Direction bandmates by name to acknowledge them.

"I wanna thank Niall [Horan], Louis [Tomlinson], Liam [Payne], and Zayn [Malik], [because] I wouldn't be here without you," Harry said.

For this year's BRIT awards, Harry triumphed with the most wins. Aside from Artist of the Year, he also bagged Album of the Year for "Harry's House," Song of the Year for "As It Was," and Best Pop/R&B act.

Harry's wins at the BRITs come on the heels of his Album of the Year win at the Grammys, wherein One Direction's Niall and Liam expressed their support.

One Direction announced an indefinite hiatus in 2016 after Zayn left the band in 2015. Among the former band's hit songs were "What Makes You Beautiful," "Perfect," and "Story of My Life." —LBG, GMA Integrated News
