Hannah Arnold gives Maria Clara an unreal twist with her Miss International national costume

Hannah Arnold looks like a living doll in her national costume for Miss International 2022.

The beauty queen shared gorgeous photos of herself wearing a blue and white Filipiniana gown inspired by her favorite childhood toy — a Barbie doll wearing a Maria Clara terno. It was gifted to her by her mother.

According to her latest Instagram post, designer Manny Halasan took inspiration from the doll and "mixed it with his own fond childhood memories of his grandfather’s antique tambourine."

"Manny Halasan wants us to remember our childhood experiences and look back on our past through this classic traditional Filipiniana," the post added.

The creation is called "Pamana."

Hannah is set to compete in the Miss International 2022 grand coronation night on Tuesday in Japan . She won the Miss International Philippines 2021 crown in July 2021. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
