Dolly De Leon receives Golden Globes nomination for 'Triangle of Sadness'

Dolly De Leon has been nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards for her performance in "Triangle of Sadness."

The Filipina actress played the role of Abigail, a toilet cleaner turned island leader, in the satirical film directed by Ruben Ostlund.

Other nominees for the Best Supporting Actress (Motion Picture) category Angela Bassett ("Black Panther: Wakanda Forever"), Kerry Condon ("The Banshees of Inisherin"), Jamie Lee Curtis ("Everything Everywhere All at Once"), and Carey Mulligan ("She Said").

"Triangle of Sadness," which stars Charlbi Dean, Harris Dickinson, Woody Harrelson, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
