'Hipon Girl' Herlene Budol is Bb. Pilipinas candidate no. 8

Bb. Pilipinas just presented its Top 40 candidates with their official candidate numbers and "Hipon Girl" Herlene Budol is candidate number 8!

On her Instagram page, Herlene proudly showed off her number and shared what her manager told her, "Wow! swerte sa Chinese ang number 8."

"Ang kahalagahan ng number 8 ay indi dapat palampasin," Herlene continued. "Professionalism, material freedom, kasaganaan and self-confidence ay nauugnay daw sa number 8 ng numerology. Isn't it amazing!"

On her IG post, Herlene also reintroduced herself. She will now be called Nicole Budol. 

Pageantry has been an eventful journey so far for Nicole. Before officially handing out the requirements on the last day of Bb. Pilipinas final screening, she first shared her swimsuit photo, said a prayer, and asked her followers to do the same.  

She then shared the stunning OOTD she wore on her final screening: a gray low-cut evening dress complete with va-va-voom hair. 

That evening, she was announced as among the Top 40, who will compete for the prestigious Bb. Pilipinas crown.
