'Hipon Girl' Herlene Budol says a prayer before Bb. Pilipinas final screening
Bb. Pilipinas is holding its final screening today, Friday, and on Instagram, late Thursday Herlene Budol aka "Hipon Girl" couldn't help but say a prayer.
Posting a photo of herself with hands clasped in prayer, Herlene began her caption saying, "Everything happens for a reason. That reason causes change. sometimes it's hard. But, in the end, it's all for the best."
After the popular commedienne thanked her family, friends, and supporters, she said she was now lifting everything up to the Lord. "Take my plans and have your way. I will just follow," she said.
"I am not afraid because in this journey of my life, God is with me. Amen!" Herlene concluded.
Her public prayer followed a series of posts related to the beauty pageant. She shared her a couple of swimsuit photos for Binibini, as well as a photo of herself looking glam and classy in a little black dress.
She also posted a photo of herself with manager Wilbert Tolentino and trainer Rodin Flores in Cubao as she submitted her requirements for the pageant.
"Eto si Hipon andito ngayon nakipag sapalaran para sa Binibining Pilipinas para sa aking pamilya. Bitbit ko mga requirements kasi last day submission po tayo," Herlene said of the photo.
"Ipag-pray niyo na sana matanggap ako bukas,"she added.
