Philippine bet Michelle Arceo receives Miss Ecosystem title in Miss Environment International 2022 pageant

Philippine bet Michelle Arceo on Sunday received the Miss Ecosystem title or first runner-up in the first-ever Miss Environment International pageant held in Mumbai, India.

Belgium's Kayra Wouters was crowned as the Miss Environment International.

Meanwhile, Michelle  received the Best in National Costume for her The Pearl of Lao Tzu-inspired garb by Louis Pangilinan.

ALV pageant circled confirmed the news with a congratulatory post for Michelle.

"You made us all proud! Thank you for raising our flag! You are truly an Exceptionally Empowered Filipina!" they wrote in the caption sharing a photo of Michelle.

The Filipina beauty queen also won the Best in Environmental Video Awards in the pageant. —JAB, GMA News.
