Miss Universe Philippines 2021 announces new dates, coronation event to follow

There’s only a few days left until a new Miss Universe Philippines 2021 is crowned!

Pageant organizers have confirmed that the main activities will officially be kicking off later this week, with details to the coronation event to follow.

To keep you posted, here is the official schedule of events as announced by Miss Universe Philippines Organization on Sunday:

September 23 (Thursday)
What: National Costume

September 24 (Friday)
What: Preliminary Interviews

September 26 (Sunday)
Preliminary Swimsuit and Evening Gown
Where to watch: KTX.ph

September 29 (Next Wednesday)
What: Last day of voting
Where to vote: Lazada

As for the grand coronation, MUPO had yet to announce a final date as of Monday.

“We will announce the final date of the pageant as soon as we get the final approval from IATF for our enhanced plans for the finals,” their post said.

“Rest assured that once we receive the final go signal, you will be the first to know. Don’t worry the finals will be just a few days away,” it added.

Last year’s Miss Universe Philippines crown went to Iloilo’s Rabiya Mateo, who made it to the Top 21 of the global Miss Universe pageant held in Hollywood, Florida in May.

She is set to crown her successor in the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines coronation night.

MUPO already announced the list of the Final 30 delegates hoping to become the next Miss Universe Philippines.
