Coachella announces April 2022 return

After being cancelled last year, Coachella is gearing up for a 2022 return.

On Twitter, the annual music and arts festival announced that it will be reopening doors on April 15-17 and April 22-24, 2022.

"See you in the desert," it captioned.

Registration is now open, and advance sale of tickets will begin on Friday, June 4.

Coachella's 2020 event was supposed to be held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California in March last year, but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The lineup had included Calvin Harris, Big Bang, Rex Orange County, and Lewis Capaldi. —JCB, GMA News
