'ULTRACOMBO': Raymund Marasigan and Buddy Zabala tease online live performance together

Two members of the Eraserheads are gearing up for an online live performance.

Buddy Zabala and Raymund Marasigan released a teaser video for an online live performance set to happen on May 11.

On Twitter, Marasigan posted a clip showing Buddy and himself setting up for an online remote show.

While it depicted how just difficult it was to mount such a show — switched off mics, problems with tuning, and the realities of working with your entire family in the other room — the clip, just over a minute long, is pretty funny too.

At the latter part of the video a text flashed the screen which red "Ultracombo, May 11, 2020, 5PM, Velvet Live."

Buddy posted the same video on Instagram, captioning it "Ultra Zoom."

Musicians have been holding online live concerts since the enhanced community quarantine took effect in Luzon last March 17, often for the benefit of sectors affected by the ECQ.

Last Saturday, Aia, Barbie, and Kitchie reunited online and raised more than P100,000 for the benefit of live music venue workers.

Last Tuesday meanwhile, OPM artists  Ebe Dencel, Sandwich and Urbandub performed in an online live concert on Tuesday hosted by Tanduay Rhum's Facebook page.

Earlier on, National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab launched a series of FB live concerts, which featured Dancel, Gary Valenciano, Lea Salonga, and other artists.

The enhanced community quarantine has been extended to May 15 in high-risk areas such as Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
