"Tuesdays With Morrie" author Mitch Albom's Manila book signing tour has been postponed.
National Book Store, which organized Albom's booksigning events, cited "the recent developments with the 2019 novel coronavirus in the country" in the press statement.

"I plan to honor my promise to visit the Philippines as soon as possible," Albom was quoted as saying.
The book signing events, originally scheduled for February 15 and 16 are postponed "for the safety of everyone involved."
Mitch Albom is the bestselling author of "Tuesdays with Morrie" and "The Five people You Meet in Heaven." He was last here in the Philippines in 2014. — LA, GMA News
