BTS to perform at The Grammy Awards 2020

They weren't kidding when they said BTS is out to capture the world!

Korean boy band BTS confirmed in a tweet on Friday that they will be performing in this year's Grammy Awards ceremony on January 26 in the Staples Center, Los Angeles, California.

In the caption they wrote, "'We will be back.' Excited to perform along amazing artists at the #GRAMMYs."

The Grammys announced that BTS will be performing in a special segment called "Old Town Road All Stars" with artists Lil Nas X, Billy Ray Cyrus, Diplo, Mason Ramsey, and other surprise guests.

Last year, the K-pop group was one of the Grammy's presenters. By performing this year, BTS will make history as the first ever K-pop group ever to perform in the prestigious awards show. —Kaela Malig/MGP, GMA News
