Ali Sotto wins Dr. Jose R. Perez Memorial Award during 67th FAMAS Awards

Super Radyo dzBB anchor Ali Sotto received the Dr. Jose R. Perez Memorial Award during the 67th Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences Awards (FAMAS) Awards on Sunday.

Sotto, in a brief speech after receiving the award, highlighted importance of women empowerment and the need to strengthen the confidence of every woman in the society.

Sotto likewise encouraged women to continue with the advocacy and educate the next generation about women’s rights.

She thanked the award-giving body for recognizing her work for women.
