Broadway version of 'Let it Go' storms the internet

"Frozen" has been adapted into a Broadway musical, and the May 31 performance of theater star Caissie Levy of the classic hit "Let It Go" on "The Vew" has the internet going crazy.

Dressed as Queen Elsa, Caissie glided down the stage much to the crowd's delight and applause. 

Her magical performance was posted on Frozen on Broadway's Facebook page last Thursday and is still going viral today. It's garnered over 42,000 likes, 57,000 shares and 7.4 million views, as of writing.

"Frozen" scored two Tony Award nominations including Best Musical and Best Book of a Musical.

Filipino-American composers Robert Lopez and wife Kristen Anderson were also nominated in the "Best Original Score" category for their work in the Frozen broadway musical adaptation. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
