American singer Khalid spotted in a Filipino restaurant

Who would have thought that a Filipino fast-food chain would be American singer-songwriter Khalid's recent "location"?

Former America's next top model contestant Justine Biticon, who is a close friend of the singer, shared on her Twitter account photos of Khalid enjoying a meal at a Jollibee branch in Panorama City, California.

In one of the photos, you'll see Khalid biting into a Jolly hotdog as — is that a three-piece ChickenJoy meal sitting in front of him?

As of posting, Khalid's photo has already received over 48,000 likes and 7,500 retweets.

Khalid released his debut single "Location" in July 2016 which peaked at the 16th spot of the US Billboard Hot 100 chart while his debut studio album, "American Teen" released on March 3, 2017 had received critical acclaim.

His second single "Young Dumb & Broke" peaked at the number one spot of the BillboardPH Hot 100.

The 19-year-old breakout R&B singer garnered five nominations at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards including Best New Artist, Song of the Year and Best Music Video for "1-800-273-8255," Best R&B Song for "Location," and Best Urban Contemporary Album for "American Teen." — LA, GMA News
