Maxine Medina wears vinta-inspired gown for National Costume Show
Miss Universe Philippines 2016 Maxine Medina was the epitome of Philippine beauty during the National Costume Show on Thursday.
Maxine walked the Mall of Asia Arena runway decked in a shimmering gold gown with green and purple accents.
The dress was inspired by vinta, a traditional boat from Mindanao.

Maxine also wore an elaborate headdress inspired by coral reefs, and South Sea pearls as her earrings.
