Marlon Stockinger is Pia Wurtzbach’s date in ‘Queen of the Universe’ event
After confirming that they are indeed in a “very happy relationship,” Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Filipino-Swiss racecar driver Marlon Stockinger took to the red carpet to display their picture-perfect love.
Marlon joined Pia in the Queen of the Universe event last week, where the Miss Universe Organization and the Miss Universe 2016 candidates gave tribute to the reigning queen, a week before she passes on the crown.
The couple openly gushed about each other in recent interviews after several months of speculations about the real status of their relationship.
“I'm glad that I found somebody who's very secure with himself. He's very understanding and we really get along... I love the fact that he's a Filipino,” Pia said.
Meanwhile, Marlon described the Filipina beauty queen as “very unfiltered and 100 percent true and honest,” with or without the crown. “With or without the crown, she is her genuine herself. That's the nice thing about Pia,” he said.
The Filipino-Swiss racer playfully added, “Siya may korona, ako may helmet lang. We put something on our head when we go to work. We can kind of relate in that way.”
