5 Christmas rom-coms to watch this holiday season

In just a few weeks, the season we've all been waiting for will finally be here. The lit-up streets, the Christmas jingles, and reunited families. Love is definitely in the air every Christmas.

It's also the best time to watch mushy, tear-jerking, and Christmas-related Hollywood movies!

1. Love, Actually - this Richard Curtis film is already a modern classic, with an all-star cast that includes Alan Rickman, Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Keira Knightley, Colin Firth, Liam Neeson, Laura Linney, Bill Nighy and even The Walking Dead's Andrew Lincoln. A must-watch!

2. The Holiday - dismayed by their failed relationships, Brit Iris (Kate Winslet) and American Amanda (Cameron Diaz) swap homes for the holidays—and end up in romantic entanglements with men they meet across the pond. Also starring Jude Law and Jack Black!

3. A Boyfriend For Christmas - when Holly tells a shopping mall Santa she wanted a boyfriend for Christmas, she never expected her wish to come true 20 years later!

4. The Family Stone - uptight Meredith (Sarah Jessica Parker) gets more than she bargained for when she meets her boyfriend's close-knit family for Christmas! Another star-studded Christmas hit, with Claire Danes, Luke Wilson, Dermot Mulroney and Rachel McAdams rounding out the cast.

5. Four Christmases - After years of avoiding their families for Christmas, Brad (Vince Vaughn) and Kate (Reese Witherspoon) end up having to visit all four of their divorced parents' homes for the holidays—and end up learning some secrets about each other.
