Mabesa honored with Gawad Dangal ng Lahi at 66th Palanca Awards
Theater titan Antonio "Tony" Mabesa was conferred Gawad Dangal ng Lahi at the 66th Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature on Friday, recognizing his immense influence in the local performing arts scene.
Mabesa has received great acclaim for his role as both actor and director, involving himself in everything from "Haring Lear" to "Rich Man's Daughter"
