DLSU’s The Museum to gather 9 Pinoy artist couples for a talk
Pursuing your passion does not mean that the other parts of your life, such as your love life, will fall in shambles. If you’re lucky, you may find The One while honing your craft.
This is what happened to the 18 artists or nine artist couples featured in The Museum at De La Salle University’s “BUKLOD: Life and Art Intertwined Exhibit.”
To know more about how their art and life intertwined, The Museum will host a talk featuring the nine artist couples for the closing reception of the exhibit on April 15.
The artists invited are the following:
- Angelito Antonio and Norma Belleza
- Philipp and Thelma Badon
- Jose and Loreto “Loring” Blanco
- Michael and Rosemarie Blanco
- Allan and Ivi Cosio
- Ferdinand Doctolero and Beth Parrocha
- Noell El Farol and Mervy Pueblo
- Lao Lianben and Lilia Lao
- Cesare and Jean Marie Syjuco
Meanwhile, the exhibit is currently on display at The Museum, 2nd Level, Yuchengco Hall, DLSU in Malate, Manila.
Museum hours are Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Artists’ Talk and closing reception to be held on April 15 at 3 p.m can accommodate a maximum of 50 audiences on a first-come-first-served basis. Call 5244611 local 368 for pre-registration. —Trisha Macas/KG, GMA News
