Philippines’ Pia Wurtzbach makes it to Miss Universe top 15

Bb. Pilipinas Universe Pia Wurtzbach made it to the final 15 of the Miss Universe 2015 pageant being held in Las Vegas on Monday (Sunday, Las Vegas time).

"Philippines" was called fifth after Brazil, Australia, Indonesia, and Dominican Republic. 

In the video clip shown after the Philippines was called, Pia said it has been a long time since the country had a Miss Universe, and so if she'll win the crown, it would be the best gift for her countrymen.

The top 15 candidates were chosen based on their performance during the preliminary competition held in Las Vegas on Thursday morning, Manila time.
