Art exhibit calls for end to violence against women

Art collective Kasibulan (Kababaihan sa Sining at Bagong Sibol ng Kamalayan), in collaboration of Zonta Club of Makati and Environs Foundation Inc., presents "Hilom," an art exhibit featuring the works of women artists that calls for an end to violence against women.

The exhibit, at Glorietta 2 in Makati, will be on display for 16 days, as part of the group's promoting of "16 days of activism as a call to end violence such as domestic and other unthinkable acts against women." According to the group's Facebook account, there will also be a live art demo on Dec. 3.

"Hilom" opened on November 25 and runs until December 10 at Glorietta 2 Activity Center Area, Makati City.
