Taking blood pressure, blood sugar levels among College friends' Christmas party games
A group of College friends decide to include an unusual game for their Christmas gathering this year, according to the report of Oscar Oida on "State of the Nation."
Christmas parties are commonplace these days but a group of friends made sure their celebration include monitoring each other's blood pressure and blood sugar level. The person with the lowest results win a prize.
Cha Bayot-Bordeos shared that it has become a practice among the group to disclose the results of their blood chemistry tests during their Annual Physical Exam or A.P.E.
"Tapos nung nagjo-joke na, nung magge-games na.. O, sige dito natin ano... may prize ang may pinaka maayos na blood chem," she said.
Some brought their self-monitoring kits.
"Nae-excite kami na, okay sino 'yung normal, sino 'yung mataas pa rin. NAsa era kaming lahat na pa-healthihan," she added. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
