9-year-old phenom finds square roots for milk tea

A nine-year-old boy showed his skills in mathematics by providing the square roots of any number, according to a 24 Oras Weekend report.

In a video posted online, the video uploader asks the boy, Leigh Axel, the square root of 1,500. After about four seconds, he replies, "Round off 39"—and indeed, the answer is 38.73.

According to the uploader, they were taking a vacation at a resort on Bantayan Island in Cebu when the boy approached them.

Leigh Axel confidently said to them that he was ready to answer the square roots of any number in exchange for a milk tea.
