Netizens praise builder of mini-houses for stray cats in Parañaque

Little houses made of wood have been built for stray cats in a subdivision in Parañaque City for protection against the heat of the sun and rain, according to a report on "State of the Nation."

A carpenter said he was hired to build the houses by one of the residents in the subdivision.

He said it took him two weeks to finish work on the "Cat Homes."
