MrBeast surpasses PewDiePie as most subscribed channel in YouTube

MrBeast is now officially YouTube’s most subscribed content creator.

According to esports publication Dexerto, MrBeast surpassed PewDiePie when it reached over 111,846, 100 subscribers on Tuesday morning.

“MrBeast has overtaken PewDiePie and is now the most subscribed YouTuber,” the caption read.

Jimmy Donaldson in real life, MrBeast came second to PewDiePie when they reached over 100 million YouTube subscribers back in July.

He’s known for content focused on challenges. In 2021, he showed how Netflix hit “Squid Game” would be in real life. He offered a cash prize of $456,000 too.

PewDiePie, meanwhile, grew popular for his comedic and hilarious takes on video games he plays. He has 28,586,255,193 views, as of writing. -- BAP, GMA Integrated News
