Lauv tweets 'mahal ko kayo' sending Filipino fans to a frenzy

We’re “Never Not” thinking about you, Lauv!

At midnight on Wednesday, the American singer-songwriter tweeted “mahal ko kayo” with a heart hands emoji and quickly sent Filipino fans to a frenzy.

A lot of them responded to the tweet asking if Lauv concert will take place in Manila soon.

Twitter user Jayce, who goes by the username @Jayce_Mars, replied to Lauv’s Tagalog tweet with a screen record of the singer’s Instagram live stream, where he said, “I’m coming to Manila ASAP,” “Lauv Manila fans, where you at?” and “Mahal kita, mahal ko kayo.”

“HE PROMISED AND IT’S ABOUT TO HAPPEN,” Jayce wrote on his Tweet.

Lauv previously held several shows in Manila in 2017. His last visit to the country in 2019.

In 2020, Lauv released his latest album, “Without You.” Among his hit songs are “I Like Me Better,” “i’m so tired…,” and “Paris in the Rain.”
