Viral TikTok video shows kids having fun while using gate to make noise for New Year

A pair of cousins proved that having no paputok to greet the New Year is no problem at all.

As seen on Sunday's "24 Oras Weekend," the kids improvised and made use of their gate at home to create noise to welcome the coming year.

After each noise that the metal made when it slams against its other half, the kids made sure to follow it up with contagious laughs, as if they were getting tickled.

The video was taken in January 2018, but it was reuploaded by the kids' aunt Sheila because of the good vibes it can give to others. It has reached nearly six million views on TikTok.

Now almost seven years old, the kids reenacted what they did years back. Although they seemed quite more shy than before, it's evident that they still enjoyed doing so.
