Paolo Ballesteros lends his wig to a 'Bawal Judgmental' guest suffering from alopecia

In a touching moment on "Bawal Judgmental," Paolo Ballesteros once again proved that he has a big heart.

The Eat Bulaga gang were speaking with a participant named Lhia, who suffered from alopecia areata, an autoimmune disease that causes hair loss.

Lhia shared that she was born with the condition, and that she didn't have hair anywhere on her body.

She said she used to wear synthetic hair because she was self-conscious about her appearance. At some point, she was scared to even leaving her house, because she would be bullied and harassed.

"Dumaan sa part na hinablot ang buhok ko, ganon. 'Yung pinaka-worst na naisip ninyo, na-experience ko na siya," she said.

As she went on to talk about how she wore wigs to show that her condition wasn't all sad, Paolo suddenly asked, "'Yung ganito, na-try mo na ba to?" while touching his own blonde wig.

Shyly, Lhia asked, "Pwede ba?"

"Bet mo ba? Bet mo ba to?" Paolo asked her.

Then he proceeded to remove the wig to give to her.

Once Lhia was wearing it, Paolo told her, "Miley Cyrus ka diyan!"

The gesture made Lhia and Paolo's co-hosts smile.

Lhia was among the guests invited to the show to celebrate the Alopecia Awareness Month.
