Netizen who inspired Ben&Ben's 'Lifetime' thanks the band for writing the song

Right on the day that Ben&Ben dropped their newest single "Lifetime," the netizen who inspired the song left the band a YouTube comment to say her thanks.

"It's really such an honor to be a part of the inspirations of Ben&Ben in writing this song," the netizen with the handle Anne Jou commented on the YouTube video of "Lifetime."

Anne Jou thanked Ben&Ben for filling her heart with happiness and said the band was "one of the main reasons why I still think the world is a beautiful place after all I experienced."

Anne Jou thinks Ben&Ben songs are "somehow a paradox," able to break hearts and console at the same time. 

She continued and said, "maybe this is a way to show us that we may not get everything we want but surely there's something best that's waiting for us."

"I may be broken but hey, at least I got some Ben&Ben song right?"

Anne Jou left a comment in Ben&Ben's "Pagtingin" music video, which inspired the band to write "Lifetime."

The title, in fact, was derived from her very comment. Telling her tale of what could have been, Ann Jou wrote, "we didn't know that if only one of us dared to make a move, a lifetime was waiting for us." 

On Facebook, Ben&Ben's shared the screenshot of Anne Jou's new comment, thanking her for allowing them to immortalize her story into "Lifetime."
