Atom Araullo looks back at being a child correspondent for '5 and Up'

Before Atom Araullo became a household name known to appear on award-winning documentaries, he was a child correspondent for the 90's children's show "5 and Up."

In a Facebook post on Friday, Atom looked back at his younger self, sharing a compilation video of his appearances on the show released by Probe Productions.

"Lukatdat boy. Excited sa lahat ng nakikita (laughing emoji). #Laking5andUp," he wrote.

Known as one of the show's youngest reporters, Atom was able to speak with different people from all over the country, even challenging a church boy to a dance-off challenge.

He also had the time of his life traveling to the caves in Palawan, even getting to hold a baby crocodile in his hands.

According to the video, prior to entering "5 and Up", Atom had already appeared on television commercials for Ovaltine, Mr. Clean and Barney's.

Aside from Atom, the show also featured stars such as Chynna Ortaleza, Maxene Magalona, Rayver Cruz and Rodjun Cruz.
