John Legend holds mini live concert at home via IG live amid COVID-19 threat

John Legend held a mini live concert at the comfort of his own home via Instagram live on Wednesday afternoon amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat.

"I am pantless, I have a robe on, no pants but I do have an underwear on in case you're curious," said the American singer-songwriter, who was sitting on the piano.

He first sang Stevie Wonder's song "Love in Need."

His wife Chrissy Teigen also appeared on his online concert with only her robe on.

In a tweet the day before the online concert, she confirmed that she will be there since she said she “literally has no choice.”

John was inspired by his friend and fellow musician Coldplay vocalist Chris Martin who also did a live gig on Instagram.

“My friend Chris Martin did a lovely little concert from home today. I'll be doing one tomorrow at 1pm Pacific time.  See you soon.  We'll try to get through this together!”

John then passed the online concert torch to Charlie Puth and Miguel.
