This KMJS video is YouTube's No. 1 trending in the Philippines for 2019

A feature from Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS) is the Philippines' top trending video on YouTube for 2019, according to YouTube Rewind Pilipinas.

The KMJS story titled "Dalaga sa Davao, bakit tila hindi tumatanda?" garnered more than 17.7 million views on the video-sharing platform.

The story, originally posted in May 2019, is about a 14-year old girl who went viral online because of her babyface and features that some netizens claimed to be "fake" and "unnatural."

In the video, Alexandra Siang shared her experiences about how people almost always got her age wrong, and how she became the subject of ridicule in school because of her youthful appearance.

As of December 12, the video has been viewed nearly 18 million times, with more than 136,000 likes and more than 18,000 comments. —Angelica Y. Yang/JST, GMA News
