Prenup photos inspired by Fernando Amorsolo's paintings go viral
Photos from a prenuptial shoot went viral after netizens were awed by the Fernando Amorsolo paintings-inspired farm life theme, GMA News’ Unang Balita reported on Monday.
Instead of the usual glam shots, couple Roger at Wendy chose the rural vibe for their prenuptial photo shoot.
The couple and their creative team climbed the mountains of Candijay in Bohol to have its rice fields and river as background for the photo shoot.
In some of the photos, Roger was wearing a salakot, a traditional Filipino wide-brimmed hat, while his muse Wendy had a woven tray called "bilao" placed on top of her head, like the farmers in Amorsolo’s paintings.
One photo showed the couple working together on a threshing machine in the middle of the rice field.
Many netizens enjoyed viewing the prenuptial photos produced by Wild Folks Studios which earned more than 40,000 likes and reactions in Facebook as of posting time. —Joviland Rita/KG, GMA News
