Dressed in Filipiniana, Twirlie shows off Catriona-esque twirl

Jollibee's Twirlie is making rounds online — literally.

A video posted by the fastfood chain in its Facebook page shows the dessert mascot showing off her Catriona-esque twirl as she waited for Miss Universe Catriona Gray to arrive at the airport.

Twirlie had traded her short pink dress and purple jacket for a longer gown with the same colors, complete with a crown and a sash reading "Best in Twirling."

She was accompanied by Jollibee, who was wearing a barong and pushing a cart of bags.

The pair also greeted the crowd around the airport and posed for pictures.

Twirlie is just the latest that was inspired by Catriona's slow-mo twirl during the Miss Universe preliminary competition.
