Meanwhile, as precincts across the Philippines begun to transmit results to the Comelec server, mirrored results on the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting's (PPCRV's) own "transparency server" can also be viewed at the Pope Pius XII Center in Manila.
As of posting time, the results coming in are from precincts that have concluded voting earlier than the 6:00 p.m. mandatory nationwide cutoff.
Only a handful of precincts, those that opened at 9:00 .m., have been allowed to extend to 7:00 p.m.
As of 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 0.7% of all clustered precincts have transmitted. This is equivalent to 656 of 93,764 clustered precincts across the country.
"This is really fast!" said PPCRV Chairperson Henrietta de Villa.
